The Government of Chhattisgarh with its vision to promote Electronics, IT & ITeS Sector and develop the state as a hub for IT & related sectors has enacted the Electronics, IT and ITeS Investment Policy of Chhattisgarh, 2014-19. The Policy enables for establishment of a Single Window clearance System for transparent and timely processing of investment proposals in the state, for providing required

permissions/clearances/registrations for setting up of business establishments and for enabling grant of incentives and exemptions etc. to the investors. The system is operated by CHiPS and is the only point of communication of Investors of these sectors with the Government & its various Departments. The system enables appointment of Nodal officers for each Investment Proposal by CHiPS and appointment of Nodal officers by related departments for coordinating the inter-departmental communication and approvals for establishment of business.
